Lakes Area Classic
We will be holding our annual Compete USA Series Competition, the Lakes Area Classic, on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at the Willmar Civic Center.
Our competition is a part of the Central MN Compete USA Competition Series. The Series hosts competitions in Willmar, St. Cloud, Brainerd, Fergus Falls & Alexdandria.

It's Great to Skate Open House
Join us for our annual Figure Skating Open House, It’s Great to Skate! Our open house will take place on Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 1-2:30pm at the Willmar Civic Center.
Instructors and Assistants will be available to help your skater try out figure skating. Bring your own skates or we will have skates available for your skater to try.

Annual Skating Show
We are excited to showcase our talented skaters at our show! All DEFSC Skaters are encouraged to participate.
We also invite our DEFSC Alumni back to perform at this year’s shows on February 21-22, 2026. Our Saturday show will take place at 7 pm & Sundays show is at 1 pm.
